Las Bugambilias

Best Taco truck ive ever been to, period. The Taco's are stuffed full of protein and delicious, its more of a resteraunt. Nico is super chill and interested in meeting new customers. Always work the bike ride over from Bellevue.

I got the asada torta. I was huge and smothered on melted cheese. The steak was tender and well seasoned. The staff were so friendly & fast. I also tried their piña agua fresca, so good!

I have never took the time to write a review before, but man. I'll tell you what. This place is amazing. I'm a blue collar worker and was in Mercer for 5 days and this was the closest place to my job site. I have been through a ton of taco joints in my 11 years doing this. And the way my server took his time to explain everything and make me feel so invited to his sanctuary was incredible. The food was prepared to order and it was quick as heck and I'm telling you.... Freaking amazing food. Thank you guys for making a pretty crappy day into something better. Just for showing up to order a couple tacos. Made my day and night just the way they interacted with me. Super welcoming and great food. You guys know what's going on and I sure do appreciate it! I WILL BE BACK!!!

Amazing. The owners were the sweetest. You can tell they’re truly passionate about their food. It may seem like it’s on the pricier side, but the portion size is crazy. The burrito was the size of a newborn baby. The shrimp on the tacos were so juicy. Will definitely be back!

I live on Mercer Island, so I eat here pretty often, which means I have a solid sense of what you can expect in terms of quality and consistency across their menu. I love Mexican food trucks. I’ve tried dozens, and in my experience most good ones land in a similar range: lots of A-tier, a few B-tier. Las Bugambilias somehow manages to hit S-tier. I’m not entirely sure how they do it, but it’s like they take the food you’d expect from a great, authentic Mexican restaurant or truck and elevate it just a notch further across the board. The people are genuinely nice. Nick is a great dude. Portions are generous. Food comes out quickly considering how busy they usually are. Most importantly, the food is excellent every time. Las Bugambilias is about as close to a solid 5-star food truck as you’re going to get. Well done guys. No notes.

Absolutely no reason this place shouldn’t have a 5 star rating. Serves its intended purpose. Quick and friendly service, and the food is phenomenal! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Tacos are big too. 3 was too much and I usually have 5 when ordering from other taco places.

I was blown away. I love trying taco trucks all around King county and this by far is the best one I've ever had. Got a cali steak burrito with fries inside. Bomb. Any place that tries this style in Washington fails and it's a dry greasy rice bomb. Not here! The ingredient ratio, portion size, taste, friendliest owner, and a great overall experience. Any menu item I bet is fantastic. Not sure if they do catering, but would definitely consider for future events. Must visit for anyone and will make it a new spot for me. Very convenient off the freeway too.

Stumbled across this delicious taco truck while we explored Mercer island today from Pierce county. I honestly haven’t had this good of tacos anywhere in the Seattle-Tacoma area. Closest was Yakima and Las bugambilias was even better. We ordered the shrimp Tacos and skirt steak tacos. Portions were big. These aren’t street size tacos. They’re larger and more filling. The shrimp were huge and delicious. We loved the potato’s in the steak tacos. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our dinner tonight. We will be back many times more and bring our kids next time. Thank you for putting smiles on our faces today.
